Mr. Haly,

I wanted to let you know I had my heater cleaned on Friday. The gentleman’s name is Brian. He was so efficient and took such pride in his work that I asked for him and only him to do my work from now on. I also want you to know that Lorna bent over backwards for me as well. I just lost my job and I was behind on my bill for the first time. Lorna was so understanding and never pressured me about my bill. It is all paid up, just to let you know. Your staff are wonderful compassionate people. I wanted to let you know that I was blessed by them at this difficult time in life. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
