Haly Home Comfort encourages you to enroll in automatic delivery so you won’t have to worry about running out of fuel or scheduling an appointment for a delivery. We’ll do that for you so it’s one less item on your ‘To Do’ list.
Every automatic delivery customer is covered by our Constant Comfort Guarantee – our promise to never let you run out of heating oil during the heating season (October through April). This guarantee is the first of its kind in our industry. We are so committed to it that we will give you a $50 credit on your account if you do run out during the heating season as the result of an error on our part.
Please note: we have a seasonal hold option for customers who don’t want deliveries during the summer months. Our software system tracks your usage and will automatically send out deliveries when your tank requires a fill. Setting your automatic delivery on seasonal hold will stop deliveries from the date you request it (or starting April 30th, the last day of the heating season) and deliveries will resume on October 1st (the first day of the heating season). Customers must give written notice of the request. Please email our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@HalyOil.com or mail a written copy. If you mail it in, please call us at 610.251.0342 to confirm we received it.
We like to remind our customers that heating oil is usually less costly during the summer. We encourage everyone to consider topping off their tanks when it’s warmer outside in order to save money and get ready for the next heating season.
Cancelling automatic delivery is only accepted in written form. If you are an automatic delivery customer who needs to cancel your automatic delivery, please email your written cancellation notice to our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@HalyOil.com or mail a written copy. If you mail us your cancellation, please call us at 610.251.0342 to confirm that we have received it. Note: We cannot cancel automatic delivery under any circumstances without written confirmation from the account holder.
Will Call Delivery
Interested in a delivery, but don’t want to sign up for any pricing contract or automatic delivery? If you are looking for a one-time fill up or even just a top off, we can sign you up as a will call customer. Being a will call customer means that it is your responsibility to track your usage and check your gauge, to then call in and schedule your delivery when you need it. There is a minimum delivery requirement of 100 gallons for a will call delivery.
Will call customers can switch to automatic delivery at any time. Simply, call into our office and let us know that you are interested, and we can help you sign up quickly.
Price Protection Options

We get it. Winter can be our best friend or our worst enemy. But keeping your home warm and your family comfortable is always top of mind when it comes to your monthly expenses. That’s why we offer a range of plans depending on your lifestyle, preferences, and the ebbs and flows of the market.
Total Protection Program (AKA Cap Program)
Our Total Protection Program sets a maximum (cap) price-per-gallon cost for all of your oil used between October and April, so your price won’t go above a certain amount. This program protects you against rising prices, but will adjust downward if the market price drops. So, you are guaranteed to never pay above your cap price, but get to pay the cheaper price when the market rate goes down. This plan is available to heating oil automatic delivery customers.

Make just one payment for the year and you won’t need to worry about oil bills for the rest of the heating season. With Haly’s Prepay Program, your price will be fixed for each prepaid gallon purchased that you sign up for and delivered between October 1st and April 30th. You must purchase a minimum of 600 gallons. Once your prepaid gallons are used up, your price will go to the prevailing market rate.

We are a family-owned company, so we understand what it’s like to plan a budget. That’s why we have a few options when it comes to payment.
With Haly Home Comfort’s Budget Plan you are able to spread your heating bills out over 11 monthly payments. The plan runs from August through June. So, instead of paying in full in the months when you use most of your fuel, you can pay little by little during the year. Also, you will always know what your monthly payment is going to be, since it will be the same monthly rate.
If you use more or less fuel during the heating season than predicted when calculating your budget plan, we are always willing to work with you to adjust your payments to coordinate appropriately. Simply, give us a call if you ever have any questions.
Not only can you schedule automatic delivery, you can also enroll in automatic payments. Rest assured that you will never be charged a late fee by enrolling in automatic payments, so your credit card will be charged automatically after your delivery.
